Resistant Protein (MRP) (MRPm5) Clone: MRPm5 Signet mouse monoclonal MRPm5 recognizes
an internal epitope of MRP, a 180-195 kD membrane transport protein
which is over-expressed in various human non-P-glycoprotein MDR tumor
cell lines. The immunogen is a bacterial fusion protein of MRP1
containing amino acids 986-1204. MRPm5 may be used to detect MRP in
human tumor samples and does not cross-react with human MDR1 and MDR3.
It is suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western blotting ICC and IHC
(frozen/PEFF)
